Shipping policy

Preorder timing: Production and fulfillment dates are not yet confirmed. Orders are not ready for immediate shipping. We will email updates when timing becomes available and send a shipping confirmation when your order ships. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch and is separate from the preorder wait. See our cancellation policy if you no longer wish to wait.

Consumer delivery area: We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations. Checkout determines address eligibility and the final shipping charge.

Shipping charges: The shipping charge for your order is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Applicable taxes are additional.

Wholesale: Approved retailers can preorder 12-jar cases. Arranged hand delivery is currently available in Illinois only at no delivery charge. Delivery timing is confirmed directly after the preorder is ready and payment has cleared. Consumer shipping tiers do not apply to wholesale cases.
