Terms of service

Pasta Belly is operated by LaMantia Foods LLC. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to hello@getpastabelly.com.

Orders and pricing: Review the product, pack size, quantity, price, shipping, taxes and payment timing at checkout before placing your order. Prices are in U.S. dollars. One retail pack contains the number of jars stated on its product page; one wholesale case contains 12 jars. If we identify an error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange correction with your agreement or cancel and refund any payment collected. We will not silently increase an already-agreed order price.

Preorders and payment: Preorder production and delivery dates are currently unconfirmed. Consumer deferred preorders take no payment today; payment is collected when fulfilled as described at checkout. They are not recurring subscriptions. Wholesale payment arrangements are shown at checkout or on the invoice. Our purchase options cancellation, shipping, and return/refund policies apply.

First-purchase offer: Eligible customers with no previous orders can receive 15% off eligible consumer packs automatically after identification at checkout. Wholesale cases, shipping and taxes are excluded. The offer does not combine with other discounts. The applied discount and total shown at checkout control; we may end the promotion for future orders without changing prices already agreed for placed orders.

Retailer accounts: Wholesale ordering requires approval and accurate business and delivery information. Illinois hand delivery is the current wholesale delivery method. Provide valid resale documentation when claiming an applicable tax exemption. Do not share account access without authorization.

Products and website: Check the actual product label for ingredients, allergens, storage and safe-use instructions. Product photos may differ slightly from the delivered packaging. Use this website lawfully; do not interfere with its operation or misuse other people's information. Pasta Belly website content and brand materials may not be reproduced for unauthorized commercial use.

Privacy and rights: Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can address it.

Refund policy

Please email hello@getpastabelly.com with your order number about an order problem.

Before fulfillment: Eligible unpaid orders can be canceled automatically: open your order, choose “Cancel order” and confirm. A completed cancellation removes the pending order balance. For paid orders or when automatic cancellation is unavailable, email hello@getpastabelly.com for help. We confirm the cancellation and refund any payment collected for an unfulfilled order to the original payment method. See our purchase options cancellation policy.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items: Contact us promptly after delivery with a description and, where useful, photos of the product and packaging. Do not consume a jar that is leaking, damaged or has a compromised seal. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable delivery charges for affected items. We do not require you to mail back unsafe food.

Food returns: We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges of food products after fulfillment. Please contact us before returning anything. This does not remove your rights concerning defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times vary. For bank transfer or check payments, we will arrange the refund securely with the buyer. Do not email bank-account or card details.

Cancellation policy

Preorders: Our first production date and shipping or delivery date are not yet confirmed. A preorder reserves your order; it is not a promise of delivery by a particular date. We will email you when we have a production or fulfillment update. If an announced date changes, we will notify you and explain your options, including cancellation and any consent required for the delay.

Consumer pay-later preorders: You pay $0 when placing your order. Your payment method is saved securely through our payment provider and charged when we fulfill the order, for the amount agreed at checkout including applicable shipping and tax. This is a single preorder, not a recurring subscription.

Cancel before fulfillment: Eligible unpaid orders can be canceled automatically before fulfillment. Open your order from the confirmation email or select “My account” on the store and sign in with your order email and verification code. Select “Cancel order” and confirm. Cancellation is complete when you see the canceled confirmation; the pending order balance is removed. For paid orders, or if automatic cancellation is unavailable, contact hello@getpastabelly.com for help. We will confirm cancellation once it is complete. If payment has already been collected for an unfulfilled order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Wholesale preorders: Wholesale orders require an approved retailer account. Payment timing is stated on your checkout or invoice. Card, bank transfer and business check may be available. Manual payments remain unpaid until received and cleared; delivery is arranged after payment clears and the preorder is ready. You may request cancellation before fulfillment under the same cancellation terms above.

After fulfillment, our return and refund policy applies. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
